Russ is a Certified Flight Instructor (CFII) and is qualified to teach for Private, Commercial and Instrument - Single Engine Land Airplanes. WhenPigsFlyCFI, LLC was formed for the purposes of providing quality instruction and a web page that would assist both studying pilots and veteran pilots looking for aviation related resources.
