| WhenPigsFlyCFI provides professional flight instruction with a strong emphasis on flying with a high degree of SAFETY and EFFICIENCY. Flight instruction is provided for those interested in a Private Pilot License, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot License, Flight Review, Proficiency Check or Re-Current Training. Russ has earned his GOLD SEAL Certificate from the FAA - First attempt pass rate for applicants is outstanding! Russ has joined the Staff at Mount San Antonio College of Aviation as a CFII. College Aviation provides full-time flight instruction to the students of the Aviation Program at Mt. Sac College, located in Walnut, CA. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Aeronautics and Transportation at the main campus. College Aviation (MTSAC) provides training for those seeking a rating as a Private Pilot, Instrument Pilot, Commercial Pilot and as a Flight Instructor. Additionally, Russ in an Independent Contractor who teaches at both the Brackett Airport and the Chino Airport. He is associated with Redhead Aviation, LLC (KPOC) and with DuBois Aviation (KCNO). Russ currently has several students working on a variety of ratings and currency requirements.
